Shipping Policy

Please receive your Global Gems PH order as quickly and safely as possible. 

 

Shipping Area 
  • We ship nationwide within the Philippines. 
Shipping Fees 
  • Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer, unless stated as free shipping in a promotion. 
Delivery Time 
  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. 
  • For personalized jewelry, please allow an additional 14–21 business days for production before shipping. 
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. 
Tracking 
  • Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. 
Delays 
  • We strive to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, courier issues, holidays). We appreciate your understanding. 
Address Accuracy 
  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
