Personalized Items
- Because our jewelry is custom-made (e.g., name necklaces, heart necklaces, bar necklaces), refunds are generally not available unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Item
- If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To request a refund or replacement, email us at info@globalgemsph.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Approved Refunds
- If approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer
- Orders returned without prior approval
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
