Personalized Items 
  • Because our jewelry is custom-made (e.g., name necklaces, heart necklaces, bar necklaces), refunds are generally not available unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. 
Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Item 
  • If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • To request a refund or replacement, email us at info@globalgemsph.com with: 
  • Your order number 
  • Photos of the item and packaging 
  • Description of the issue 
Approved Refunds 
  • If approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. 
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. 
Non-Refundable Situations 
  • Change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer 
  • Orders returned without prior approval 
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
