1. How do I order from Global Gems PH?

Simply browse our website, choose your jewelry design, and provide the required personalization details. Place your order and pay the 50% downpayment to confirm. 

Yes, a 50% downpayment is required. The remaining 50% can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or before shipping. 

Personalized jewelry takes 1421 business days to produce. Shipping takes 2–5 business days after your item is dispatched. 

Cancellations or changes can only be made before production begins. Once production starts, changes or cancellations are no longer allowed. 

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, we only accept returns or refunds for items with manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. 

We’ll email or text your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

We accept bank transfers, GCash, and other local payment methods. For the remaining balance, you may also choose Cash on Delivery. 

At this time, we ship only within the Philippines.
